Delicious as golden milk. Freshly brewed and mixed with milk, Yogi Tea Curcuma Chai becomes a delicious "golden chai."
To use turmeric most effectively, it is recommended to prepare it as Golden Milk – an ancient Ayurvedic recipe based on turmeric, milk and water, and – for those who love it – sweetened with cane sugar or honey:
Brew a Yogi Tea Curcuma Chai tea bag in milk (100°C), then let it steep for at least 5 minutes. If desired, sweeten with cane sugar or honey and – as a secret tip from Rishis and Yogis: add a small dose of pure almond oil – and enjoy!
