Ultra-hard steel with a hardness of 63 HRC , ice-hardened and hand-sharpened using the Honbazuke process, creates an extremely hard and extremely sharp blade. It also has an elegant pakka wood handle with a specially designed shape for perfect balance and maximum comfort, rounded off with a stainless steel tip.
- The bread knife has a pronounced serrated edge to easily cut through hard crusts.

- Hammer-finished blade, processed using the traditional Tsuchime process
