





With its captivating hammer finish, the gyutoh knife 24cm MIYABI 6000MCT makes it clear at first glance that it is more than just an ordinary knife. Ultra-hard steel with a hardness of 63 HRC , ice -hardened at -196°C and hand-polished using the Honbazuke process, creates an extremely hard and extremely sharp blade. Add to this the handle made of elegant pakka wood in a specially designed shape for perfect balance and excellent comfort, and rounded off with a stainless steel end cap. Thanks to its long, precise blade, the Gyutoh is ideal for cutting, portioning and preparing the best dishes.
