Super-hard steel with a hardness of 63 HRC, ice-hardened at minus 196°C and polished using the traditional Honbazuke process, creates an extremely sharp blade. It has an elegant pakka wood handle with a specially designed shape for harmonious balance and excellent comfort, rounded off with a stylish tip.
