The base diameter is 18 cm and the height is 16 cm . This provides sufficient volume, for example, for cooking pasta, as well as stews and soups. Since the pot is thin and cylindrical, it is also ideal for blanching vegetables. Like all Demeyere products, this Demeyere Apollo series pot is suitable for all types of stoves and is optimized for induction . This is ensured by a special combination of 7 material layers in the base of the pot. The surface is coated with Silvinox , so it retains its silvery white color even after prolonged use.
