• The baking dish has several great properties: it is more scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, stain-resistant, and non-stick.
• The mold can be easily cleaned with warm water and dried thoroughly.

The Patisse Ceramic series is the best choice for those who value aesthetic appearance, high temperature resistance, and easy cake removal, but it requires more careful handling than conventional steel molds.

• Quality benefits : Ceramic coating is a healthier alternative to traditional non-stick coatings as it is generally free of PFOA and PTFE. It provides excellent "slipperiness" - cakes are very easy to remove from the pan.
• Specifics of use : The ceramic layer is more fragile to impacts – if it cracks or wears away, the shape loses its properties. Therefore, it requires more gentle care (hand washing only, no sharp objects).
• Professional level : If you are looking for maximum "indestructibility" for intensive daily use, the Patisse Professional (anodized aluminum) series may be more technically resistant to wear and tear in the long term. The Ceramic series is not suitable for professional use.
