Granite pestle and mortar GEFU VESTO

When starting to use

To get rid of the stone dust left over from the manufacturing process inside the pestle, it is recommended to grind rice in it before using it - rub the rice for approx. 15 minutes and then leave it in the pestle for another 5 minutes - white rice absorbs all the flavors and aromas, as well as the tiny dust particles that have accumulated in the pores of the granite. After the specified time, remove the rice and thoroughly rub the inside of the pestle and mortar with a paper towel moistened with olive oil. Rinse the pestle and pestle in warm water and let them dry.
