Pizza pan PATISSE CARAT 30 cm with titanium-reinforced non-stick coating

The PATISSE CARAT 30 cm pizza pan with titanium-reinforced non-stick coating is a pizza baking tray from the premium Carat series. It is specially designed to produce perfectly baked and crispy pizza at home.

Main features

• Type : Round pizza tray with handles on both sides.

• Material : Made of thick aluminized steel, which provides excellent durability and prevents the tray from deforming in heat.
• Coating : Double-layer Whitford QuanTanium with titanium particles. It is extremely scratch-resistant and ensures that the pizza "slips" off the tray.

What makes the Patisse Carat pizza pan special? Unlike regular trays, this one has handles, which makes removing it from the oven and serving the pizza much safer and more convenient.

Like all of the premium Patisse Carat series pans, this pizza pan should only be washed by hand . Although the titanium-reinforced coating is very durable, a dishwasher will damage it.

Care sequence

• Preparation : Allow the pan to cool completely before washing. Rapid temperature changes (such as pouring cold water on hot metal) can cause the base material to warp.
• Detergents: Use warm water, regular dishwashing detergent, and a soft sponge or cloth.
• What not to use: No metal scourers (wire scourers) – they will scratch the titanium layer. No harsh chemicals (bleach or oven cleaners).
• Drying : After washing, immediately wipe the mold dry with a soft towel. This is important because aluminized steel, although durable, can start to oxidize at the joints if left wet for a long time.
