The PATISSE CARAT 39 x 26 cm baking tray is a low-sided baking tray from the Carat series, which stands out with its high-end titanium coating.

Material: Made of thick aluminized steel, which provides excellent heat distribution and prevents rusting.
Coating: Two-layer Whitford QuanTanium, reinforced with titanium particles. It is extremely resistant to scratches, wear and corrosion.
Temperature resistance: Oven safe up to 260°C.
Application
This tray is very versatile. Thanks to its titanium coating, it is ideal for:
- For pastry: For cookies, small cakes and desserts where easy release from the surface is important.
- For savory dishes: For roasting meat, vegetables, fish or seafood.
- For snacks: Roulades and various hot snacks.
Care
Like the other shapes in the Carat series, this tray is recommended to be washed by hand only to maintain the effectiveness of the titanium layer for as long as possible.
