The Patisse Starflex range of silicone moulds is suitable for high and low temperature cooking, as well as in microwave ovens, and makes it easier to remove cakes from the mould.
Unlike traditional molds, Starflex mold silicone contains metal particles that reduce baking time without changing the taste of your creations.
Made in Europe, it is platinum silicone, whose thin layer and black color also contribute to heat conduction.
