The PATISSE CARAT steel cake tin with removable rim is a premium quality round cake tin with removable rim from the Patisse Carat series. It is designed for professional use, using extremely durable materials and a heat-resistant coating.
Made of aluminized, 0.8mm thick steel, which ensures optimal thermal conductivity;
- With a 2-layer Whitford QuanTanium non-stick coating reinforced with titanium. This makes the shape extremely resistant to scratches, wear and corrosion.
- Oven safe up to +260C.
The mold is ideal for baking sponge cakes, cheesecakes and other desserts. The spring mechanism allows you to easily remove the cake without damaging its edges.
It is recommended to wash the mold by hand using warm water and a soft sponge or cloth to maintain the quality of the non-stick coatings. It is NOT recommended to wash in the dishwasher.
