The ZWILLING® EcoQuick II pressure cooker is particularly versatile thanks to its two adjustable pressure levels. The pot allows you to cook delicate foods such as fish or vegetables particularly gently, or to cook stews or meat particularly quickly.
The high temperature is caused by the build-up of pressure inside. A safety valve prevents accidental opening, and a fastening aid is used to close the lid precisely.
The SIGMA Classic sandwich base with an aluminum core ensures fast and even heat distribution.
The pot is made of stainless steel, which makes it suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. It is easy to clean, scratch-resistant and has handles made of heat-resistant plastic.
