With an 8 cm long blade, it is practical and perfect for finely cutting and peeling fruits and vegetables. The knife is medium sharp, with a thin blade and a smooth cutting edge.

A versatile small tool, the paring and decorating knife is also known as a utility knife. Use it for everyday tasks as well as for the intricate preparation of cold dishes and buffet dishes.

Like all other ZWILLING® Pro knives, the paring and decorating knife is made from knife-optimized steel. Combined with the special ice hardening, this knife provides an optimal combination of excellent cutting properties and corrosion resistance.

The knife has a continuous tang, to which the plastic handle is attached with three rivets. The blade and handle are well balanced for a comfortable hold. There are no joints between the blade, the handle and the handle: this makes the knife pleasant to hold and easy to clean.
