There is no easier way to achieve optimal knife blade preservation and quality. The mechanism behind it is equally simple and brilliant. The smooth-edged knives have two integrated ceramic sharpening stones in the slots, positioned at the perfect sharpening angle. When the knife is pulled out, the blades slide over the sharpening stones, which gently sharpen them. This means your kitchen knives are sharp and ready to use – without the need for any force.

To ensure that knives are not mistakenly inserted into the wrong slot, they are marked with pictograms for the respective knife type. The 7-part knife rack has space for a paring knife (10 cm), utility knife (13 cm), meat knife (20 cm), chef's knife (20 cm), bread knife (20 cm) and multi-purpose scissors, and these are already included in the set.
