The PATISSE CARAT 39 x 26 cm baking tray is a low-sided baking tray from the Carat series, which stands out with its high-end titanium coating.

Material: Made of thick aluminized steel, which provides excellent heat distribution and prevents rusting.

Coating: Two-layer Whitford QuanTanium, reinforced with titanium particles. It is extremely resistant to scratches, wear and corrosion.

Temperature resistance: Oven safe up to 260°C.

Application

This tray is very versatile. Thanks to its titanium coating, it is ideal for:

Care
