The PATISSE CARAT 18 cm high cake tin is a round cake tin with removable sides (springform) that belongs to the premium Carat series.

Main features

• Size: Diameter is 18 cm. Height: This is the "Deep" version, which is approximately 10 cm high.
• Material : Made of thick (0.80 mm) aluminized steel, which ensures excellent durability and even heat distribution.
• Coating : Two-layer Whitford QuanTanium non-stick coating with titanium particles, which is extremely resistant to scratches and corrosion.
• Usage : Oven safe up to 260°C.
• Washing : wash by hand only, do not use abrasive brushes or detergents.
