Use and care

• All coatings are susceptible to scratches and cuts. Minor scratches may be visible but will not affect performance. To protect the surface, use only nylon, silicone, or wooden kitchen utensils.
• Using a small amount of butter or oil will significantly extend the product's lifespan.
• All non-stick coatings can be susceptible to fruit acids or other acids. If you are baking foods with high acidity, such as sourdough, it is recommended to line the baking pan with baking paper.
• Hand wash.
