Cake stand PATISSE

The PATISSE 30 cm cake drum is a round cake drum designed for placing, decorating and serving cakes. The thick cake drum provides a stable base even for heavy and multi-tiered cakes.

• Material: Made of pressed cardboard covered with decorative and moisture-resistant white foil.
• Thickness: The pads are approximately 12 mm thick, which allows for decorative tape to be applied around the edge.
• Care: Not dishwasher safe or suitable for soaking in water. Simply wipe with a damp cloth after use.

This tray is a popular choice among pastry chefs because it doesn't bend under the weight of the cake, unlike thin cardboard trays.

Confectioners usually choose a tray that is 5 cm larger than the cake itself to allow enough space for cream and decorations. So the 01860 (25 cm) tray is perfect for a 20 cm cake, and the 01861 (30 cm) tray is perfect for a 25 cm cake.
