The Zwilling Z-Cut rectangular vegetable grater is a versatile kitchen appliance that allows you to peel, grate or slice cheese, fruit, vegetables, nuts and even chocolate. This universal grater offers fine, medium and coarse grating, as well as a double-sided blade on four grating surfaces.
