The Patisse digital kitchen thermometer is designed for precise temperature measurement during cooking.

Usage Steps

Switching on: Press the ON/OFF button. The current ambient temperature will appear on the screen.

Unit selection: If necessary, press the °C/°F button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Measurement: Insert the probe tip (at least 1-2 cm deep) into the product or liquid. Wait a few seconds until the reading stabilizes.

HOLD – to fix the current reading on the screen

Switching off: Press ON/OFF again. If you forget, the device will usually switch off automatically after about 10-15 minutes.

Important Safety Information

Do not place the plastic housing in the oven! The device is intended for quick temperature checks, not for permanent placement in a hot oven.

Care

After use, wash only the metal probe with warm soapy water. Do not immerse the entire device in water or wash it in a dishwasher.
