Chef's knife Zwilling Four Star 20cm

The chef's knife from the Zwilling FOUR STAR® series impresses with its precision. This versatile knife can be used for chopping herbs as well as for slicing vegetables, meat and fish.

The knife blade is 20 cm long, but the seamless and hard plastic handle has been the standard for ZWILLING chef's knives for over 30 years. This is one of the reasons for the popularity of the Zwilling Four Star knife range.

The high-quality FRIODUR® blade, which undergoes a special ice-hardening process, makes the chef's knife particularly sharp, corrosion-resistant and flexible. The blade is forged from a single piece of ZWILLING steel, which optimally combines chromium and carbon elements.

The bolster ensures safety and hygiene and is placed at the end of the plastic handle to prevent fingers from slipping on the blade. The handle is ergonomically shaped and balanced to facilitate even long tasks, and is also non-slip and easy to clean.
