Thanks to the excellent heat retention of cast iron, the cooking liquid heats up quickly and evenly and also retains heat for a long time. The removable fork holder protects against oil splashes on the table or clothes. Thanks to the smooth, enamelled inner surface of the pot, food does not burn and any residues can be easily removed.
