Slices into 5 different thicknesses or two types of strips - the slicer comes with two types of blade attachments suitable for grating into straws. Grater with very sharp blades made of Japanese blade steel . To protect your fingers, you will also find a vegetable holder/finger guard in the set. Grating thickness is adjustable on the top of the grater with a rotating switch. Grates any vegetables, both hard and soft.
