The ZWILLING® Pro Series paring knife is a versatile kitchen tool, whether you're carving a roast, cutting appetizers or artistic garnish details.

Like all other ZWILLING® Pro knives, the paring and decorating knife is made from knife-optimized steel. Combined with the special ice hardening, this knife provides an optimal combination of excellent cutting properties and corrosion resistance.

The knife has a continuous tang, to which the plastic handle is attached with three rivets. The blade and handle are well balanced for a comfortable hold. There are no joints between the blade, the handle and the handle: this makes the knife pleasant to hold and easy to clean.
