Enamelled steel baking pan is best suited for foods that require longer baking times, juiciness, and easy cleaning.

Meat dishes and stews. The depth (approx. 6 cm) is ideal for preparing:

  • Roasts: Excellent for retaining juices and sauces during meat roasting.
  • Chicken legs or wings: The enamel surface provides crispy skin but is easy to clean after marinades have baked on.
  • Vegetable stews: Resistance to fruit acids means that tomato or lemon juices will not harm the pan.

Lasagna and layered dishes

  • The size and depth of the pan are standard for preparing lasagna, pasta bakes, or layered potatoes. Quartz enamel allows you to cut food directly in the pan with a metal knife, without worrying about scratches.

Quarz-Email (quartz enamel) is a premium protective layer used by Patisse in its Premium series. It combines glass-like smoothness with metal durability.
