ZWILLING Bamboo Chopping Board 35 x 25.5 cm | Reversible chopping board

ZWILLING Bamboo Cutting Board – durable, practical and gentle on knife blades

Bamboo is popular throughout Asia – not only among pandas, but also for high-quality ZWILLING knives. Although bamboo is not wood, but a grass, it is exceptionally hard and durable. Thanks to its unique fiber structure, the bamboo surface is particularly resistant to wear, while being gentle on sharp knife blades.

This ZWILLING bamboo cutting board (35 x 25.5 cm) is 3 cm thick and suitable for both everyday food preparation and elegant serving of cheese, cold cuts or other delicacies. The board can be used on both sides, and one side features a practical juice groove that collects liquids when cutting fruits, vegetables, fish or meat.

To preserve the natural properties and longevity of bamboo, it is recommended to wash the board by hand, dry it thoroughly, and occasionally treat it with food-grade oil.
