The fillet knife blade is precisely machined from a single piece of steel and is therefore ideal for perfect and extra-thin fillets. The FRIODUR blade is also ice-hardened using a special process. This makes the blade particularly durable, flexible and corrosion-resistant. These properties form the basis for the highest quality cuts and the knife's precise edge.

You can separate tendons and skin from meat and even remove cores and peels from fruit pulp.
