In most kitchens, a chef's knife is one of the most important tools for preparing delicious dishes. But not everyone likes this, usually large, knife. That's why the ZWILLING Gourmet series offers a compact chef's knife with a blade length of only 140 mm.

Thanks to its compact shape, it is used for cutting, chopping and mincing meat, fish, vegetables and herbs .

The 140 mm long FRIODUR blade is ice-hardened, which gives the knife high blade durability, as well as making it corrosion-resistant and flexible. Its outstanding material properties are the perfectly balanced chromium and carbon ratio of the ZWILLING special formula.

The knife handle, made of high-quality plastic in a classic three-rivet design, is easy to clean and, together with the knife's full-length blade, provides a pleasant balance that allows for fast and precise cutting.

With its straight look and laser-engraved ZWILLING logo on the middle rivet, the compact chef's knife also meets the aesthetic requirements of chefs. The materials, size and design make this ZWILLING Gourmet chef's knife a true all-rounder in the beginner's kitchen.
